A credit card is required to confirm reservation. Your card will be charged the deposit at time of reservation and the same card will be charged when you arrive to pay the balance.

PARKING

Private off street parking for guests is located behind the inn off S.Mulberry St. From Main St., turn south onto Mulberry, and left into drive behind buildings.

TAX & OCCUPANCY
Rates listed are for single or double occupancy. See our Rooms page for rates.  Rates are subject to change.All rates are subject to an additional 10% local and state lodging and sales taxes. Two persons maximum per room. Additional fee of $29.00 per extra person, by arrangement.

MEALS
Every guest at Magnolia Inn has breakfast included in the price of accommodations at a Georgetown landmark just a few steps from our door, Lock & Key Cafe-Boutique.  Lock & Key serves coffee & espresso drinks; hearty hot and tasty breakfast wraps and baked dishes, delicious lunches and great friendly service.

Located on the premises of a historic bank, you  an take your meal or drink in The Vault! it’s door never closes. From a confidential business meeting to a game of cards, The Vault will become a favorite for you. You will definitely want a photo reminder of your visit!

NOTE:  If you have an earlier weekend departure, we can arrange for a continental breakfast at Magnolia Inn, upon request.

CHILDREN

Children are part of families! We welcome guests with children under the following advisement for their safety and the comfort of other guests.  Parents and guardians must personally supervise all minors in their care at all times while on premises of the Magnolia Inn. Please be courteous and respectful of all guests at the inn at all times.

PETS

If you are traveling with a dog, please inquire as to our pet policy.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the inn.  Breach of this simple rule will result in: 1) an immediate request to end our stay with us and 2) an automatic cleaning fee of $200.00

You are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas, in the courtyard. We will be happy to provide you with an ashtray.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND SCHEDULE

Historic Georgetown is the place to be during our Special Event Season (Thurs-Saturday, April, May, October) and during the Holiday Season (Thanksgiving Weekend and Dec. 19 – January 2.) , generated by attractions such as historic Keeneland’s thoroughbred racing season!
